What Driftroom is
Driftroom is an independent trading interface for Robinhood Chain Stock Tokens: tokenized US stocks and ETFs (Tesla, Apple, Nvidia, the S&P 500 and 92 more) that live on Robinhood Chain and trade 24/7.
You connect your own wallet, pick a token, and swap with USDG or ETH. Driftroom gets the route from LI.FI, you sign in your wallet, and the trade settles on-chain. We never hold your funds.
Driftroom is not affiliated with Robinhood. Stock Tokens are issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited.
Who can trade
Stock Tokens are debt instruments that track a stock or ETF. They are not the shares themselves, and they don't give you voting rights.
Your first trade
- Get a wallet. Install MetaMask or Rabby in your browser.
- Fund it on Robinhood Chain. Bridge ETH (for gas) and USDG or more ETH (to buy with) from another chain using Jumper or the Arbitrum bridge. A few dollars of ETH covers many trades.
- Open Trade, accept the terms, and press Connect wallet. Driftroom asks your wallet to add or switch to Robinhood Chain.
- Pick a token on the left, choose Buy, enter an amount in USDG or ETH and check the quote: minimum received, price impact and fees.
- Review swap, then sign. Paying with USDG takes two signatures: an approval for the exact amount, then the swap.
- Your tokens appear under Your holdings. Every swap links to the explorer.
Network details

| Chain ID | 4663 (0x1237) |
| Gas token | ETH |
| RPC | https://robinhood-rpc.publicnode.com |
| Backup RPC | https://robinhood.drpc.org |

Some internet providers block robinhood.com domains, including the official RPC. Driftroom adds the network with public mirror RPCs first so your wallet keeps working.
How a swap works
- Driftroom asks LI.FI for a quote. LI.FI compares DEXes on Robinhood Chain (SushiSwap, KyberSwap and others) and returns the best route plus a ready-to-sign transaction.
- If you pay with a token (USDG or a stock token), you first approve the exact amount to LI.FI's contract
0xB477751B76CF82d00a686A1232f5fCD772414Af3. Driftroom never asks for unlimited approval. - You sign the swap. If the price moves more than your max slippage before it lands, the swap reverts and you keep your funds (you only pay gas).
- Quotes refresh every 25 seconds. A quote older than 60 seconds can't be executed.
Blended baskets
A basket buys several stock tokens in one go, at equal weight. Pick a basket on the Trade page, enter one total amount, and Driftroom splits it evenly across the members.
- MEGA, US Tech Giants: NVDA, AAPL, MSFT, GOOGL, META, AMZN
- CORE, Index Core: SPY, QQQ
- CHIP, Chipmakers: NVDA, AMD, TSM, AVGO, MU, ASML
- MOON, Space & Future: SPCX, RKLB, ASTS, TSLA, PLTR
Each member is a real swap. If your wallet supports batching (EIP-5792, for example a MetaMask smart account), you confirm the whole basket once and it settles all-or-nothing. Otherwise you confirm each step, and if you stop halfway the finished swaps stay done and you can continue the rest. Members that fail the empty-token check are dropped automatically.
Selling: baskets you bought appear under Baskets you hold with their value and P&L. Sell basket sells every token you bought through it to USDG or ETH, again in one confirmation when your wallet supports it. Holdings are tracked per wallet in your browser and capped by what the wallet actually holds.
Only the real ones
Anyone can deploy a token named "TSLA". Driftroom lists a token only if it shares the StockFactory beacon of the reference Tesla token. Copycats fail that check. You can run it yourself, live, on the Verify page.
We also show each token's gap: its on-chain price compared with the stock on Nasdaq or NYSE. A large gap usually means thin liquidity or a closed market.
Fees
| Driftroom fee | None |
| LI.FI routing fee | 0.25% (shown in each quote) |
| DEX pool fees | Included in the quoted rate |
| Network gas | Usually under $0.05 in ETH |
Know the risks
- Final. On-chain swaps can't be reversed. Check the token and amount before you sign.
- Price gap. Stock Tokens trade around the clock while the stock market doesn't. Prices can differ from the stock, especially overnight and at weekends.
- Liquidity. Smaller tokens have thin pools. Large orders move the price. Watch the price impact line.
- Issuer. A Stock Token is a debt instrument of its issuer, not a share. Its value depends on the issuer and its custody.
- Restrictions. The token contracts can pause transfers or block specific addresses.
- Smart contracts. DEXes and routers can have bugs. Only trade what you can afford to lose.
Market data API
Driftroom runs on a small JSON API you can call from here.
/api/markets/api/quote?s=TSLA/api/history?s=NVDA&range=5Drange: 1D, 5D, 1M, 6M, 1Y./api/chain/api/swap/quote?from=…&to=…&amount=…&address=…FAQ
Does Driftroom hold my money?
No. Funds move straight from your wallet to the swap contract and back. Driftroom only shows quotes and asks your wallet to sign.
Why is the on-chain price different from Nasdaq?
Tokens trade 24/7 in on-chain pools, while the stock trades only during market hours. The gap column shows the difference live.
My swap failed. Did I lose money?
If a swap reverts, your tokens stay in your wallet. You only pay the gas, usually a few cents.
Which wallets work?
Any browser wallet that supports custom networks: MetaMask, Rabby, OKX Wallet, Coinbase Wallet and more.
